I Choose To Wait

Part of LIGO’s Social Unit, “I Choose To Wait” creates Genesis 2:18 communities where young people learn that belonging to God means honoring Him with body, mind, and relationships. It is more than abstinence—it is a lifestyle of worship, purpose, and courageous witness.

Core Message

"I Choose to Wait" is a personal commitment by youth to wait until marriage for sex, protect their hearts and minds from impurity, live with purpose in a world full of pressure and temptation, and honor God with their entire lives—spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

Biblical Foundation

Rooted in Scriptures like 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5, Romans 12:1-2, and 1 Corinthians 6:18-20, this program teaches that purity isn't just about what you avoid—it's about what you pursue: holiness, obedience, self-control, and godly love.
